According to research by CRRC, 46% of the respondents believe that judges in Georgia are not independent. In addition, approximately a third of the respondents believe that judges in Georgia are not fair and 22% doubt their professionalism. With regards to trust, 41% of the respondents do not trust judges in Georgia. This indicator has increased by 21% compared to 2014. The research was carried out between August 30 th and September 15 th of 2018. According to CRRC, Overall, 2,080 people were interviewed with the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) method.
