Municipal transport traffic will be restored in Adjara with strict safety measures, – Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia stated after the Inter-Agency Coordination Council Meeting.
According to the head of the government, he talked to the chairman of the government of Adjara and received information on how the regulations are carried out at the municipal transport.
"Adjara was the first region in Georgia where there was a rapid increase in the number of infected people. When there is a rapid increase in the number of cases, there are several systems that need to be adapted. There were some flaws in the conditions of the first hit and it took time to sort it out.
However, current condition in Adjara gives us opportunity to restore traffic of municipal transport with the strictest safety measures”, Gakharia noted.
