In July 2020, compared to the previous month, the minimum subsistence level was reduced by 3.1 GEL.
In particular, according to the National Statistics Office, last month the subsistence level for men of working age amounted to 183.5 GEL, while in May it was 186.6 GEL.
Compared to the same period in 2019, the subsistence level for men of working age has been reduced by 3.7 GEL in July. In particular, in July 2019, this figure amounted to 187.2 GEL.
In additon, according to Geostat, the subsistence level of the average household was reduced by 5.1 GEL in July compared to June and became 307.9 GEL. As for the same period of 2019 July, the minimum subsistence level of the average household amounted to 313.9 GEL.
