Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Disease Control, claims that an agreement has been signed with Pfizer and that 1 million doses of the vaccine should be introduced by the end of the year.
"There is a contract with Pfizer. 1 million doses of "Pfizer" (in parts) should be introduced in the third quarter. The state has already signed a contract, "Amiran Gamkrelidze said.
Note: In addition to Pfizer, Georgia is expecting vaccines Sinovac, Sinopharm, and AstraZeneca in July.
