Lanchkhuti municipality is looking for an investor for the football club. 100%-share of Lanchkhuti Guria is sold at the auction for GEL 34,000.
The buyer will have to meet several conditions; including the buyer must ensure an annual investment of at least GEL 700,000 for the development of the club for 3 years.
In addition, no more than 60% of the amount should be spent for the wages and bonuses of the employees and players of "Football Club Lanchkhuti Guria" LLC, and at least 20% should be spent for the development of youth football.
The new investor should not change the sport profile of the football club and play the home matches at the Evgrafi Shevardnadze stadium in Lanchkhuti.
The auction will end on July 22.
