Operators of 112 (emergency telephone number) managed record 9 million calls amid pandemic, - the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) announced that at the celebration of the Police Day.

“112 provides effective management of emergency care and continuous video surveillance throughout the country. During the pandemic, 112 employees managed a record number of calls, which made up to 9 million, ”the information was released at the event.
