Saba Kiknadze, founder of tour company Caucasus Travel declares that the government must guess that tourism sector needs tax delay. “Why should the tourism sector anticipate the state saying that taxes must be deferred,” Saba Kiknadze noted with BM.GE.

According to him, the sector does not expect additional financial resource from the state. They merely demand tax delay, because they cannot pay them due to the failed season.

As of the representative of the tourism sector, while the private sector has reduced salaries of their employees due to declined incomes, then the state should also reduce their employees’ wages.

"If I pay half or third to my employees, why employees of public institutions take the same wage? Their wages and money must be redistributed to other needs," said the founder of Caucasus Travel.
