Drug store chain Pharmadepot started the social project “Medicines at 1 GEL” last year amid a pandemic. The list of the medicines has expanded and now it includes 8 medicines at a symbol price: Captopril, Amrodipin, Vitamic C, Ceftriaxone, Spironolactone, Lamotrigine and Ciprofloxacin eye drops.
According to Keti Kozmanashvili, head of Pharmadepot drug chain told Women’s Narrative, that the project will expand further.
Keti Kozmanashvili explains that any person can engage in the project without any precondition or additional documents.
Kozmanashvili talked about the pricing policy and notes, that keeping prices on the same level becomes difficult due to GEL devaluation.
“We do our best to keep the prices on the same level. It requires great effort. We make a focus on social projects because it offsets the reality of price increase trend”, Keti Kovzanadze noted.
