Members of the European Business Association (EBA) met with EU Ambassador Carl Hartzell to discuss important issues for European businesses operating in the country, including DCFTA capabilities, regulations and other issues.

EU Ambassador Carl Hartzell told the media that the EBA platform is important because it will allow Brussels to hear what is important for European businesses operating in Georgia, and the platform will also provide information to the Georgian government.

"We will meet and hear visions from members of the European Business Association. In recent months, we are trying to create a stronger platform to be one of the leaders in our relations with the European delegations and with Brussels on the current state of business in Georgia. In addition, this platform will be a communicator with the Government of Georgia, which will introduce the interests of European business. In order for Georgia to make the most of the opportunities for a deep and comprehensive association agreement with the EU and to attract more European investments," said Carl Hartzell.
