“The Foundation of the First President of Kazakhstan - Elbasy paid $7 million for a film... about Elbasy. The film "Qazaq: The Story of the Golden Man", which was released in 2021, was directed by the notorious Oliver Stone. The value of the contract was made public by journalist Mikhail Kozachkov,” the statement said.
