90% of vaccination appointments were filled within one hour after the opening of "Sinopharm" vaccination system in Tbilisi.
People aged 18 and above can join the immunization process. The Immunization Council took the relevant decision yesterday.
According to Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze, the Council guided with the international experience. It greenlit Sinopharm as being a safe vaccine for people aged 18-60.
Health Minister notes that universal vaccination is not yet started in the country, because several steps still should be made forward.
As of now, vaccination appoints are fully booked.
