Developer company New Mall will build a new shopping center and a residential complex in Rustavi with the investment made by Basisbank.
It will combine a 3-story shopping center and a 11-story residential complex in an ecologically clean, peaceful and safe environment. The construction of the multifunctional complex will be completed in December 2023.
Clothing and perfume shops of different brands, catering facilities, entertainment and financial service spaces will be located in the shopping center. The amount of investment made by Basisbank in the project is GEL 16 million, which will be fully used for the construction works of the complex.
