Adiko Ivanishvili's business partner bought 7.7 hectares of land behind Poti port.

The land plot was sold at the auction for GEL 10 005 000 with one bid. After the payment, it will be transferred under the ownership of "NeoIberia Group". The company operates in the field of transport and transportation and is owned by Nino Chkhartishvili, who has been a 100% shareholder of the company since 2014.

According to the privatization conditions, the buyer has to build multi-apartment residential buildings on the 7.7-hectare land behind Poti Port, including a part of this real estate - 100 apartments must be handed over to the government free of charge.

Nino Chkhartishvili's name appears in several other companies: Caucasus Intermodal Center, NeoIberia Logistics (Nino Chkhartishvili - 33%, Shorena Barkaia - 33%, Davit Pirtskhalava - 33%, Guladi Gvasalia - 1%), NeoIberia Terminal (David Sharashidze - 34% (Tinatin Megrelishvili - 33%, Nino Chkhartishvili 33%) and also "Terminal NeoIberia" - Bidzina Ivanishvili's brother Adiko Ivanishvili has a 5% stake in this company.
Among the owners of the company are also: Nino Chkhartishvili 42.5%, Davit Sharashidze 42.5%, Zaza Megreladze 10%. In April 2018, the owners of the company opened the registration of the liquidation process, however, due to a lack of documentation, the Public Registry Agency suspended the process.

Nino Chkhartishvili's "NeoIberia Group" is associated with the companies: "KCB Alliance" and "NeoIberia Plus".
