Israeli Ambassador Ran Gidor met Nino Kvetenadze, acting Georgian Business Ombudsman. The parties discussed some specific Israeli-led projects & investments in Georgia and the means of implementing them in the near future.

„During yesterday’s meeting with acting Business Ombudsman, Nino Kvetenadze, we discuss some renewable energy projects involving Israeli companies and Georgian partners, which are pending approval from the government. Those projects would benefit not only the economy, the environment and local energy consumers – but will also create thousands of much-needed jobs in rural areas. Ms. Kvetenadze was extremely cooperative and we are awaiting the final authorization from the relevant authorities“, – told Israeli Ambassador to bm.ge.

According to him, once the projects move forward, they will also serve to upgrade the bilateral relations between the two nations.
