The annual price of new housing increased by almost 20% in June in Kazakhstan, report the Statistics Agency.

"The annual price for new housing in Kazakhstan increased by 19.5% in June 2022," said the report.

The annual price for secondary market apartments in Kazakhstan for the year (June 2022 to June 2021) increased by 26.8%, the cost of renting comfortable housing - by 21%.

Prices in the primary housing market in annual terms increased most of all in Nur-Sultan - by 27.9%, in the secondary housing market the leader in price growth - Kyzylorda, by 46.7%, in the rental housing market - Almaty, by 48.3%, KazTag reports
