Beso Tavberidze, the founder of the construction company "Balavari" told TV-program "Business Morning" that the trend of real estate price growth continues this year.

"Recently, the prices have increased a lot. This happened because the demand is very high. In fact, even if you have money in hand, you may not be able to buy an apartment because it is sold very quickly.

In our case, the price of apartments increased by 15-20% last year, so far this trend is maintained, but, of course, at this time, it is necessary that the population has the purchasing power to be able to buy," said Beso Tavberidze.

According to him, the greatest interest is observed in Saburtalo district, where real estate is mostly bought by Georgian immigrants.
