We do not plan to enact any mandatory rules at this stage, - Economy Minister Natia Turnava declared while talking about the introduction of the so-called Green Passport.
According to her, she welcomes the initiative of individual businesses to allow only vaccinated consumers, but adoption of such a decision is not being considered by the government at this level.
"You know that the application of Green Passport is already developed. All vaccine citizens can get their own QR code at the House of Justice. This will help us a lot for traveling abroad as well.
I welcome the initiative of individual businesses who say they will only accept people with "green passports", it is the decision of each business that we respect.
So far we can overcome the Pandemic without mandatory rules, many countries have applied this measure, however, we do not plan," Turnava said.
