Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan and the Ambassador of Belarus to Armenia Alexander Konyuk met on July 17 to discuss expansion of cooperation between the countries in agriculture and construction industry, as well as the possibility of establishing a Trade House of Armenia in Belarus, the press service of the Ministry of Economy reported.
It said the sides highly appreciated the dynamics of the Armenian-Belarusian trade growth, which amounted to about $84 million in January-May 2023, having doubled compared to the same period of 2022.
During the meeting the sides also discussed the possibility of holding the 17th session of the Armenian-Belarusian intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation in autumn 2023, ARKA reports.
