Armenia's electricity production in January-August 2022 increased by 16.6% compared to the same period of 2021, the National Statistical Committee reported.
It said about 5.9 billion kWh of electricity were generated in the country during that time span. Electricity production in August 2022 alone was up 30.1% from August last year. It was also up 2.7% compared to July 2022, ARKA reports.
