Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees today on dismissal of ministers of health, agriculture, education, science, culture and sports, social development and migration, territorial administration and infrastructure, justice, foreign affairs, urban development and finance and economy.

On November 9, billionaire and social entrepreneur Ruben Vardanyan, who renounced in early September his Russian citizenship and moved to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to take up as state minister (prime minister), told an expanded meeting of local government officials in the capital Stepanakert that his government will focus on the following major direction - ensuring the subjectivity of Artsakh, solving security problems, boosting development of economy and infrastructures, cultural, educational and social issues and increasing the efficiency of the public administration system.

Vardanyan also introduced his newly appointed advisors. Artak Beglaryan will deal with foreign policy, social and humanitarian issues, Grigori Martirosyan with infrastructure, Narine Aghabalyan with structural and organizational issues, Mesrop Arakelyan with financial issues and Arman Hakobjanyan with operational issues, ARKA reports.
