As Of December 26, No One Took COVID-19 Jabs In Two Regions Of Georgia

As of December 27, a total of 2,466,815 COVID-19 vaccines had been administered in Georgia, - show the data from the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC).

1 276 364 citizens are vaccinated with at least 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine, which is 44.4% of the population over the age of 18. As of the NCDC, 1,124 908 citizens or 39.2% of the adult population, is fully vaccinated and 64,364 booster doses are administrated currently.

According to the NCDC, a total of 2,502 citizens were vaccinated on December 26. However, yesterday COVID-19 jabs were not administrated in two regions of Georgia, Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti.

The highest number of COVID-19 vaccines were administrated in Georgian capital Tbilisi - 1,919; Imereti - 190; Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 163; Guria - 93; Adjara - 69; Kvemo Kartli - 30; Racha-Lechkhumi-Kvemo Svaneti - 21; Kakheti - 9; Samtskhe-Javakheti - 8.
