Ashendi Group bought the so-called “Parliament Garages”, locating in Khosharauli str, at 10,005 000 GEL from 100 privatization properties in Tbilisi.
Leri Varamashvili, commercial director of Ashendi Group told BM.GE that the company plans to expand trade center at that location, but he is not able to name the exact amount of investment.
"We are going to set up a warehouse and repair materials trade center. The first steps have started - the project needs to be done, we need to know exactly what we are going to do, we are also going to change the front wing in general. We are still in the process of reviewing.
We can't say exactly how much we are investing, because I don't know exactly what the scale of the project will be. The investment will not be small”, the commercial director declares.
