Confectionery manufacturer Assorti Vere has opened a European standard milk processing plant in Tsalka, Kvemo Kartli region.
The company will replace the imported products in production and will use only its own dairy products.
In particular, high-percentage butter, sour cream, cottage cheese and raw milk will be made on the spot. Imeretiian cheese and sulguni will be sold in Assorti Vere branches. Confectionery company Assorti Vere owns a total of 8 branches.
