According to Public Registry of Georgia, changes take place in the Supervisory Board of JSC Liberty Bank. As of the document, Davit Shonia leaves the Supervisory Board.
The document reads, that Davit Shonia appealed on retirement to the Supervisory Board on November 14, 2019.
To note, Supervisory Board of Liberty Bank comprises of Irakli Rukhadze (chairman/ member); Mamuka Tsereteli (member); Magda Magradze (member); Murtaz Kikoria (member). Liberty Bank’s assets amounts to over 2 billion GEL and the banks is on the 3rd position after TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia.
According to the financial report of Liberty Bank, the largest shareholders of the bank are:
Irakli Otar Rukhadze - 30.40%;
Ben Marson - 30.39%;
Igor Alekseev - 30.39%
