Tbilisi City Hall will spend 195,800,000 GEL this year on Christmas lighting equipment and accessories, as well as Christmas tree decoration. Per the simplified procurement, the relevant services to the City Hall will be provided by Night Show Studio Ltd.
According to the simplified procurement terms, the winning company is obliged to deliver the goods and provide related services no later than December 4, 2020.
According to the technical description of the purchase, 103,850 thousand GEL is provided to decorate the Christmas tree alone. Within the project framework, it is planned to transform the existing Christmas tree branches and make new branches.
The expenses of the New Year event are distributed as follows:
-Christmas tree decoration - 103 850.00 GEL
-215 pieces with 70 bulbs, 21 meters long garland - 70 950.00 GEL
-300 pieces of string with cable - 21 000.00 GEL

The State Procurement Agency has approved the simplified procurement for Tbilservice Group due to urgency.
For reference: Tbilisi City Hall bought a Christmas tree from Idolight last year. An Italian Christmas tree cost the city 1 million GEL.
