Within the frame of the universal health care program, the debt of the Ministry of Health exceeds 1.5 million GEL merely towards the Clinic Guli. Anzor Melia, holder of Clinic Guli has declared to BM.GE.
According to him, the Ministry of Health made the last transfer in June. However, half of the sum was transferred.
“The ministry transferred part of the debt in June, however 150,000 GEL is remained. They have to pay July debt - 302,000 GEL, August - 185,000 GEL, September - 206,000 GEL, October - 352,000 GEL and November - 378,000 GEL, totaling to 1.5 million GEL. I have not been paid salaries for more than two months The Ministry has created problems to our work and doctors. We do not deserve such treatment", - said Mr. Melia.
