A new food outlet has been opened in Tbilisi, which offers a variety of non-fat grilled chicken dishes from the company Chirina. According to Tamar Japaridze, founder of Chicken Rotisserie Mela, the company wants to establish a standard of healthy fast food in the Georgian market.

Mela is operating on the market for 2 months and the food outlet already hosts over 60 people a day. The company plans to expand its branches in Tbilisi and outside the capital city, Mela also plans to be represented abroad.

"The company Chirina exclusively provides us with the highest standard raw meat, which is vacuum-packed, it allows us to offer the highest quality and tasty chicken. We try to keep the positive properties of the product, including low calorie and energy content.

Two months ago, the goal was to create a fast-food restaurant on the market, which would replace unhealthy products for Georgian consumers and offer food that would combine the idea of healthy and fast food. Rotisserie Mela does everything for that, - fresh raw meat with vacuum packaging comes directly from Chirina farm in the morning, the ready food is already offered to the customers the next day.

The facility hosts up to 60 customers, which means that Mela is already well known - they are sure that they will definitely get the highest quality product here. Along with the delicious menu, no less important is the environment and the attention that the hosts give to the guests with a team of 5 people", - Japaridze said.
