"Throughout the winter season, some small and medium-sized hotels participating in our survey were closed. In June 2022, they slowly started to reopen. Their average occupancy rate is now low, 30%, but with the growth of the tourism industry, the occupancy rate is expected to rise. Average daily rate in large, brand hotels decreased by 14% in June relative to the same period in 2019. The decrease of ADR indicates hotels attempting to keep occupancy high", - TBC Capital reports.
