Georgian Tourism Development Fund opens a 4-star hotel in Sighnaghi. The investment volume exceeds USD 27 million.
It is noteworthy that the fund planned to open the hotel in the spring of 2020, however, as the fund explained, the dates have changed due to the pandemic.
The 130-room hotel will have spa and fitness centers, an outdoor and indoor pool, a wine bar, a cellar, restaurant, a lounge bar with 360-degree views and a large conference hall.
The Tourism Development Fund plans to open a hotel in Sighnaghi by the end of this year.
