Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development explains why restaurants will not open and notes that people cannot use face masks in restaurants.
"The restaurant industry has its own specifics; people cannot use face masks there. When we eat, we are without face mask. As you know, face mask is one of the main means of protection, and so that, our face mask usage reaches 65%, we more or less control the epidemiological conditions and talk about the business restart," - said Turnava.
She also notes that shopping malls are the industry, which has met the regulations well and they will open from February 1.
