Head of the ICC Fady Asly shares his priorities of what the next government should focus on with The Checkpoints. According to the Head of the largest foreign business association represented in Georgia, corruption and criminality have spread a lot in the past 8 years, and the new government must curb both. Also, investors’ confidence in doing business in Georgia must be restored.
“Having a special department to follow up on investor issues to make sure that all their problems are solved and they have no problems is very important – Fady Asly said together with making sure that the economy grows properly. “The new government must make sure that we have enough influx of foreign currency for the lari to stabilize, and the economy to start growing in reality and not only on the paper” –Asly added.
