Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze says she is not going to resign.
"I am not going to resign. I believe that right now, I have the biggest responsibility. This process must end in victory. My resignation is not planned and is not being discussed," Tikaradze said.
She also responded to a statement from Levan Ratiani, head of the resuscitation department at the First University Clinic, who said: "those who can not forget their ambition should go home, and those who can handle the situation should come."
The minister thinks Ratiani did not mean her but does not know who he meant. "I am not accustomed to self-confidence and arrogance. With this in mind, I can say that Levan Ratiani did not mean me," the minister said.
