According to the embassy, business staff, their families and international students are allowed to enter Japan. Prior to departure, it is necessary to obtain an inspection certificate from the country of departure, as well as the presence of a Japanese host company / organization that will prepare the necessary documents.
However, it is necessary to stay in self-isolation at home or elsewhere for 14 days after entering Japan. The use of public transport is not even allowed.
