Georgia spent more than USD 25.5 million on the purchase of 9 701 tons of second-hand clothes and other items. Imports volume and its value increased in 2021 compared to 2020, as well as pre-pandemic levels.
As of the official statistics, the imports value is up by 37.9% compared to 2020, while the volume is grown by 38.8%. Georgia imported the second-hand clothes from 43 countries in the mentioned period.
