The Union of Oil Products Importers declares, that in 10M2022, the imports of gasoline and diesel fuel in Georgia amounted to 963.9 thousand tons, which was 18.9 thousand tons or 2% more compared to the same period of the last year (945 thousand tons).
Among them, during 10M2022, the imports of gasoline fuel amounted to 499.5 thousand tons, and the import of diesel fuel - 464.4 thousand tons.
"By categories, the imports of gasoline fuel in January-October 2022 was as follows: A-91 regular type gasoline - 306.2 thousand tons (61.3%); A-95 premium type gasoline - 181.9 thousand tons (36, 4%); A-98 super gasoline - 11.4 thousand tons (2.3%);
During 10 months of the current year, the largest volume of gasoline and diesel fuel was imported from Russia - 497.9 thousand tons, which is 51.7% of all imports. Followed by Romania - 210.6 thousand tons - 21.8%; Bulgaria - 108.9 thousand tons - 11.3%; Turkmenistan - 73.9 thousand tons - 7.7%; Azerbaijan - 55.3 thousand tons - 5.7%; Turkey - 7.6 thousand tons - 0.8%, Greece - 4.7 thousand tons - 0.5%, Kazakhstan - 2.0 thousand tons - 0.2% and others", - says the Union of Oil Products Importers.
