Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili issued a decree on July 23, according to which fully vaccinated citizens can attend conferences and trainings without the PCR or antigen test.

According to the decree, this norm is valid if more than 14 days have passed from the take of the second dose of COVID-jab.

From July 19, citizens could attend trainings and conferences with negative answers to the PCR or antigen tests. This norm has raised uncertainty and questions, including if this requirement applies to those citizens who have been vaccinated twice or how many times the test should be made if training is continued for several days. Accordingly, the new government decree serves to clarify the information in this regard.
