383,051 tons of cement have been imported by Georgia from Azerbaijan during the first eight months of the current year. The figure is up from 170,492 tons as compared to the same period of the prior year.
In January-August this year, Georgia imported 383,051 tons of cement worth USD 18.1 million from Azerbaijan, said the National Statistics Office of Georgia, Report informs.
Thus, the volume of the product increased by 170,492 tons or 1.8 times compared to last year.
