The estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate in June 2021 equaled 18.7% y-o-y and 12.7% in January-June of 2021 y-o-y, - show the preliminary data from the Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).
In June 2021 the estimated real growth compared to the same period of the previous year was observed in the following activities: Manufacturing, Financial and Insurance activities, Transportation and storage, Trade, Hotels and restaurants, Real estate activities, Construction.
According to the report, VAT taxpayers’ turnover has made up 9.1% in June, which is more by 37% compared to the same period of 2020
