Geostat published subsistence minimum of December 2019. According to Sakstat, subsistence minimum amounts to 194.8 GEL on the background of 7% inflation.
Subsistence minimum is increased by 16.2 GEL comparing to January 2019, it indicates that the living value is increased.
The minimum living wage is as follows:
Subsistence Minimum for working age male – 194.8 GEL;
Single member household – 172.5 GEL
Two member household – 276.1 GEL
Three member household – 310.6 GEL
Four member household – 345.1 GEL
For five member household - 388.2 GEL
For six and more member household – 459 GEL
