According to the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, the Government of Georgia made a decision to offer 4-month holidays on property and income taxes for hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, transport and tour companies. Gakharia announced about the above when presenting the government's anti-crisis plan.

According to him, the above will apply to about 18,000 companies and 50,000 employees.

"The government will postpone the payment of property and income taxes for 4 months until November 1, which means that the above will apply to about 18,000 companies and more than 50 00 employees. This will leave more than 100 million financial resources in this sector for 4 months (March, April, May, June)," Gakharia said.
