According to the business plan prepared by Cushman & Wakefield, a multifunctional complex can be built on the site, which will combine residential buildings, commercial spaces, hotels and other entertainment facilities.

The list of privatization properties also includes a building, located in Rustaveli Avenue# 37 in Kutaisi. The area totals to 2,845 sq / m; Price - 3,200,000 GEL. The profile of the building is Hotel.

Initially, there were 25 objects on the privatization list, but the most expensive one - the former government house located in the center of Kutaisi, at # 3 Rustaveli, did not come out for privatization. Its price was determined at 16 million. The object is on the balance of Kutaisi municipality.
