None of the healthcare workers of the Republican Hospital will remain unemployed, so there is no reason to be excited, - said Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili.

He responded to the ongoing protest at the Republican Hospital and said that a new hospital would be built on the site.

"Recently, many questions have been asked about the Republican Hospital. In a few days, Zurab Azarashvili presents a new vision, a new presentation. No employee of the Republican Hospital will be left without a job. There was a lot of misinformation, deliberate lies and propaganda. No employee will be left without a job or salary. We have a perfect vision of how to develop the Republican Hospital, we are talking about building a new hospital in the same place, and of course we will keep all the employees. We have no reason to be excited," Garibashvili said.

The employees of Republican Hospital are holding a protest rally at the moment. Doctors and other support staff on site do not allow the director of the clinic to enter the office.

As one of the rally participants says, they are protesting the loss of their jobs.
