The Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee discussed with the II reading the Draft Spatial Planning, Architectural and Construction Activity Code envisaging the references for the holders of the permits on the construction of the individual residences.
According to the reporter, Beka Davituliani, the Draft will exempt the permit holders from the submission of the landmark protocol on the accomplishment of certain stages of construction concluded as a result of a construction technical supervision.
“The changes concern the annulment of the protocols for the individual residences solely. The same principle annuls the submission of the expert opinion to the final protocol. The obligation remains on the submission of the expert opinion of the 3rd-4th category. The draft also envisages the amnesty from the penalties and postponement of the sanctions to 2022 on similar offenses to allow the sphere to get used to the protocol conclusion – where they lack the qualification”, - he stated.
The Committee approved the draft initiated by Beka Davituliani, Irakli Zarkua, Eka Sepashvili, Nodar Turdzelidze, Sozar Subari, Maia Bitadze and Dimitri Samkharadze.
