1.3 Million USD worth apples have been exported from Georgia as of October 25. According to the information released to BM.GE from the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture, from August 1 to October 25, 3 005 tons of apples have been exported.

According to the Ministry, exports of apples from Georgia have been increased 8-fold Y-o-Y. The main export market for Georgian apples is Russia. The volume of apples exported to Russia amounts to 2 894 tons. Besides Russia, Georgian apples are exported to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
