As of December 30, a total of 2,505,996 vaccinations were administered throughout Georgia.
According to the National Center for Disease Control, 1,287,341 people, or 44.8% of the adult population, have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose.
Today, 1,145,424 people in the country are fully vaccinated, representing 39.9% of the population over the age of 18. At the same time, 71 926 people have gotten their booster jab.
According to the agency, a total of 8,615 people were vaccinated during the last day, and the vaccination rate by regions is as follows: Tbilisi - 2,982; Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 1 948; Imereti - 1 219; Kvemo Kartli - 885; Adjara - 780; Kakheti - 540; Guria - 429; Shida Kartli - 413; Samtskhe-Javakheti - 210; Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 159; Racha-Lechkhumi-Kvemo Svaneti - 50.
