Exports from Georgia to the USA have doubled. According to official statistics, commodities USD 243.9 million worth were exported to the United States of America, 102% more compared to 9M2021.
Despite such impressive growth, the export basket is not diversified. 91% of exports come from ferroalloys. Ferroalloys worth USD 221.8 million were exported across the ocean this year. In 9M2021, exports to this country amounted to USD 103.6 million.
Semiconductors took the second place in the export basket, as of the recent data wine exports also increased.
