According to the insurance market report, auto insurance is the second-largest segment after health insurance. The number of insured cars has increased by 6,000 compared to the previous year.
As for the average cost of a car insurance premium, it averages 125.92 GEL per month. Compared to the previous year, the average monthly value of the insurance premium has increased by about 20 GEL - the statistics do not clearly show what is the main driver of this growth.
According to the attracted premiums, Aldagi owns 22% of the auto insurance market, 16% TBC Insurance, 15% GPI Insurance, 11% New Vision Insurance, 6% IRAO, and 25% other market players.
