Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia will invest GEL 20 million next year in expanding its production line.
As the founder of the company Temur Chkonia declares, it is planned to equip the factory with modern French-Italian bottling technology, which will enable to pour 35,000 bottles per hour.
"We have serious plans for the next year. Even though we have built such a big factory, our production capacity is not still enough. So next year, we will invest about GEL 20 million and equip the plant with modern devices. We will buy an ultra-modern French-Italian bottling technology. It will enable us to pour 35,000 bottles per hour.
We cannot make big contracts because we do not have enough production capacity. This is what we need for this. After the expansion, we will enter the big markets more boldly," Chkonia said.
Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia opened new plant in Natakhtari in 2019. The company invested over EUR 22 million in the project.
