Weforum.org writes that COVID-19 has challenged the traditional idea of the workplace. Numerous lockdowns and variant outbreaks have transformed physical workspaces mobile, flexible and even shift between locations. The dramatic shift in the ways has shown that remote working does not come at the cost of increased productivity. However, these changes call for greater investment by organizations in their employees to support them in navigating the new normal. Young Global Leaders share their thoughts on how to build more inclusive and sustainable work environments.

According to Nino Zambakhidze, Chairwoman of Georgian Farmers' Association, she has established a platform called COVIDER that provides information about the virus, tips/recommendations for the treatment through artificial intelligence.

"I believe that the crisis reveals a true leader, the one who is flexible to adapt to the changing circumstances. The COVID-19 pandemic has turned out to be a challenge of unimaginable magnitude and even though my work focuses on the industry of agriculture, I had the urge to take action. Consequently, together with my friends, I have established a platform called COVIDER that provides information about the virus, tips/recommendations for the treatment through artificial intelligence. As of today, 130,000 patients who were the users of the platform managed to treat the virus whilst being isolated at home, avoiding the need for hospitalization", - Zambakhidze declares.

Covaider is a digital assistant that stores the most frequently asked questions about Covid-19 in a database. Gives citizens advice and shows them how to fight the virus. The system also allows people to ask a qualified doctor a question.
