The programme i-Portunus Houses, part of the i-Portunus pilot scheme co-funded by the European Commission and dedicated to testing mobility models for artists, creators and cultural professionals, offers the opportunity for hosting organisations to team up with artists and/or cultural professionals for residencies and collaborations.

i-Portunus Houses is open to hosts (organisation or established individual artists/cultural professionals) to team up with 2 to 5 artists and/or cultural professionals, legally residing in different Creative Europe countries (including Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), with the intention to work together on one or more collaboration projects. The scheme is open for all cultural sectors (except audio-visual sectors), approaches and working modalities. In view of COVID-19 challenges, blended mobility is also on offer.

To find team members, or to team up with a host, you can register for one of the online matching sessions during the Market Square events.

The total budget earmarked for the mobility support is €500,000 of which a maximum of 30% will be awarded to virtual participation (as part of a mixed mobility proposal). For physical mobilities, team members receive a minimum of €1,500 to complete a mobility of minimum 7 days.
The deadline for the open call is 30 June. A second call is to be launched on 23 August with deadline of 3 October.
